A camera says OFFLINE
The cameras are run by their operator, Tulun-TeleKom, and one goes offline now and then. The app checks every camera’s status, labels offline ones and skips them while you swipe. Most come back on their own; pull down on the camera list (iPhone and iPad) to check again.
A new camera is missing, or one has a new name
The app updates its camera list from t-tk.ru/cameras every time it starts, so new and renamed cameras show up without an app update. Favorites carry over when a camera is renamed.
How do I zoom, switch cameras or add a favorite?
On iPhone and iPad: pinch or double-tap to zoom, swipe left or right to change camera, and press and hold a camera (or tap the heart) to add it to Favorites. On Apple TV: swipe left or right on the remote to change camera, double-click to zoom, and press and hold to favorite.
Is Tulun Live an official app?
No. Tulun Live is an independent viewer for the public cameras that Tulun-TeleKom publishes on its website. It isn’t affiliated with Tulun-TeleKom or the Tulun city administration.
