Tulun Live

Privacy Policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Tulun Live does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and nothing you do in the app is sent to us.

This policy covers the Tulun Live app for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, developed by Ivan Harmat (“we”). Tulun Live is an independent viewer for the public street cameras of Tulun, Russia, and is not affiliated with the camera operator or the city administration.

What the app does not do

What stays on your device

To work, the app keeps a few things in its own storage on your device:

None of this leaves your device, and it is all removed when you delete the app.

Services the app connects to

To show the cameras and the weather, the app connects directly to these public services:

As with any internet connection, these services receive the technical details that every request carries, such as your IP address and the app’s name and version. That information goes to them, not to us, and we have no access to it. The app sends them nothing else.

The “Official Website” link in the app opens t-tk.ru in Apple’s in-app browser. That website is covered by its own privacy policy.

Apple

Downloads, updates and purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you have chosen to share app analytics with developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as the number of installs). These never identify you.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
